1. There’s Someone to Walk You Through the Process
Before attending an auction, we recommend you visit our restaurant equipment warehouse to preview items we currently have for sale. New stock comes in every day. When you arrive, someone from KMC will gladly give you a personal tour, show you all the different areas and walk you through the process. Many people are amazed the first time they see just how large our warehouse is, as well as the variety and quality of the items we have in stock. Members of the KMC staff are always here to help answer any questions you may have.

2. Wide Selection of Restaurant Equipment
The KMC warehouse is divided into sections because we have so much equipment available. We move one to two restaurants a day, so the warehouse is always fully stocked with a huge variety of great equipment for you to preview. We buy and sell everything you can imagine—bar equipment, furniture, smallwares, appliances, sinks, storage, refrigerators, shelving, displays, etc. If we don’t currently have something you are looking for, let us know and we’ll call you as soon as anything comes in that matches your request.

3. Multiple Ways to Buy
Many people make the mistaken assumption that we only sell used restaurant equipment and you can only buy things at our bi-weekly auctions. This is not true. You are able to purchase any new or used restaurant equipment directly from our warehouse at any time. You may get a better price at auction if you wait, but if it’s something you don’t want to risk losing at auction, we will sell it to you directly from the warehouse at a fair price based on auction estimates.

4. Easy Checkout Experience
Whether you buy at auction or directly from the warehouse, the checkout process is super easy at KMC. We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard. Once purchased, you can take the items right away. If it’s a larger piece of equipment, we have a list of referral services to help with moving, delivery and even installation. KMC also has an in-house forklift. One of our guys will fork it onto your truck for you, free of charge.

5. Exciting Auction Experience
Even if you are not ready to buy, we recommend visiting at least one KMC live auction, which happens every other Wednesday. They are fun and exciting events that are full of energy. KMC doesn’t only buy used equipment from restaurants that are liquidating. We’ll buy equipment directly from our customers. If you are ready to make some equipment upgrades or just have a piece of equipment that isn’t being used but is still in nice shape, bring it by the warehouse or give us a call. For larger pieces, we’re happy to come to your place, check it out and make arrangements to remove it if a deal is reached.
